Honey Bee IPTV Terms of Service
What your subscription includes, what we ask of you, and how billing, refunds and suspension work. Last updated 29 August 2026.
These terms govern your use of honeybeeiptv8k.com and the Honey Bee IPTV service. By placing an order, requesting a trial or using a line we supply, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.
1. What the service is
Honey Bee IPTV supplies subscription access to live and on-demand streams, delivered as a line (a username and password, or an M3U or Xtream Codes URL) that you use in a media player of your choice. We are not a broadcaster and we do not produce programming.
2. What a subscription includes
- The complete catalogue — +22,000 live channels and 94,000+ on-demand titles. There is no higher tier and no add-on pack.
- The number of simultaneous connections you paid for. One connection streams one screen at a time; a five-connection plan streams five.
- Electronic programme guide and catch-up on supported channels.
- Setup help for your first install, and support for the length of your term.
Channel line-ups are not fixed. Broadcasters add, rename and retire feeds, and our catalogue follows. We do not guarantee that any single named channel will be available for the whole of your term. If a channel that matters to you is central to your decision, confirm it on a free trial first.
3. Your account and your line
- Your line is for you and your household. Do not resell, publish or share it.
- Exceeding your connection count will cause streams to drop. Repeated heavy overuse, or use consistent with resale, may result in suspension.
- Keep your credentials private. You are responsible for use made of your line while it is in your possession.
- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the service or any part of it.
- Record, rebroadcast or make streams publicly available.
- Attempt to circumvent connection limits or interfere with our infrastructure.
- Use the service for anything unlawful where you are.
You are responsible for making sure your use of the service is lawful in your jurisdiction. Rules on retransmission and territorial licensing differ from country to country, and it is your responsibility to know the ones that apply to you.
5. Adult content
Adult categories are disabled by default. They are enabled only if you explicitly ask for them on the order or trial form, and only if you confirm you are over 18. You can ask support to disable them again at any time, at no charge.
6. Trials
Free trials are built by hand and limited to one per household. They exist so you can test the service on your own device before paying. A trial does not convert into a paid subscription automatically and there is nothing to cancel when it ends. We may decline a trial request where there is evidence of abuse — for example repeated requests from the same connection.
7. Prices, payment and renewal
- Prices are shown in US dollars on our pricing page, starting at $15, and are for the whole term rather than per month.
- No payment is taken on this website. We reply to your order with the payment options available in your country.
- There is no auto-renewal and no stored payment method. When a term ends, it simply ends unless you choose to renew.
- Your bank or payment provider may add currency-conversion or transfer fees. Those are outside our control.
8. Refunds
If your line cannot be made to work on a supported device and our support team cannot resolve it, contact us within 7 days of activation and we will refund the unused portion of your term.
Refunds are not available where:
- The problem is your internet connection, your device or your local network, and the line works elsewhere.
- A specific channel you wanted has been withdrawn by its broadcaster, where the rest of the service works.
- The line has been shared, resold or used in breach of section 4.
9. Availability
We target 99.9% availability and run load-balanced servers with automatic failover, but no streaming service is immune to outages, maintenance windows or upstream faults. Occasional interruption is not a breach of these terms. Sustained failure that we cannot resolve is handled under section 8.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate a line that breaches section 4, that is the subject of repeated substantiated copyright notices (see our DMCA Policy), or that is used fraudulently. Where a termination is for breach, no refund is due. You may stop using the service at any time.
11. Liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to a term you have already paid for.
13. Contact
